DPS PVE Build SCHIMITAR DEADNOUGHT WARBIRD [T5-U] Help/Advice

I just started on DPS build on my KDF Liberated Romulan Borg. (yes I know Liberated Romulan Borg, should have been a pure blood)

I just completed a ISA and I got just over 38K on this new build:


I am wondering if there is anything I can tweak in the way of skills tree, boff, doffs and traits, and if there any equipment/console, i need to swap out. I know if i make the weapons/console epic, that will have an effect, but I am wondering if there is anything I could do to improve the build.

Looks fine. Only the Beamoverload is a bit out of place, I would use a cannon or torpskill there, just to have one more to activate the inspirational leader.

This. Otherwise not a lot to change on your ship, I would look to more advanced piloting techniques to take it further - stuff like using these if you don't already:
