Any other way to earn lobi other then opening lock boxes?

Hey everybody,

I need about 120 more lobi crystals so that i can buy this console that i want. Now i do know that opening lockboxes yields about 4-5 lobi i think? but i wanted to know if there was a better way or if there are other ways of earning lobi.

I know about the event that was done a few weeks ago that gave 60 lobi and i did that. How do i find out about future events that reward lobi? do certain missions or foundry mission get featured on certain days and completing them during a certain timeframe reward lobi? if so, how do i find out about those missions? calendar? mission log UI? an NPC?

    So no events that are pretty regular? i did look at the calender but i didnt see anything. Just the Q's winter wonderland at the end of the month. That is of course unless they add in lobi events a few days prior to when they actually happen.

    I wish that this game was far more in terms of a capitalist economy, id like to sell my lobi if i could. It is one thing i hate about more MMO's they have the most ridged form of economy, not very robust unless you look at Eve Online. They consulted and have a full time economist on staff to maintain that.

    Although more than likely not cheap on the Exchange. The green quality Cardassian lock boxes yield a minimum of 10 per box when opened. The white quality yield the standard rate.

    I never tried that, but thats a nice tip if it indeed works.

    They also gave out 10 (or was it 15) Lobi per romulan duty officer pack promotion
    You got 10 Lobi for opening the doff pack, and a very small chance to win the JHAS/bug ship.


    Also the Replay Event is amazing. 15 lobi a day (if you replay certain episodes) for a couple weeks straight. You can rack up a nice amount of Lobi during that event.

    Just opened 4 uncommon quality cardassian lockboxes and i got 4-5-4-4 lobi.

    Opened 3 Xindi boxes just now too and i got 7-10-7. Is it possible that newer boxes give more lobi? or did i just get lucky on those 3 Xindi boxes?

    EDIT: ok maybe i just got lucky cause i opened up a 4th one and i only got 4 lobi hehe.

    oh wells...on the plus side i was 120 lobi away from my goal but now i'm only 70 away.
