Section 31 Costume Missing

Section 31 costume is missing for all males. Last time I checked it was there for Vulcan males at least. Can we get a fix for this please?

    Yeah, it's been like that since Foundry came back up after DR was released. The Risian Explorer shirt also appears to be missing, along with the Risian Explorer pants for the males. I had a bunch of characters I made for future projects that suddenly started sporting the Intelligence Officer uniforms.
