Request R&D Assistance wait time

How long do you have to wait till you can rerun the Request R&D Assistance mission (the one at starfleet academy)?
Well excuse me for having enormous flaws that I don't work on.

    should be 48 hours.

    So the cool down is as long as the mission, damn.
