Volunteer Moderator?/No more RNG

I just saw another thread get closed because AskRay felt it was FCT worthy. Can i volunteer to be the CEO of STO? I mean if other non-employees can censor other players how do we regulate personal opinions? I know the topic was about the customers taking over the game and dictating how content in this game, which to a point is correct. I just dont feel comfortable knowing another player can censor what I say.
I would also like to point out that we casuals got the majority of our game back. Advanced is pretty much tolerable again, for the most part. We got the rewards returned and we got other little changes here and there. Now is our time to finish what we started. I think we should pull together against the R&D system and its luck based RNG. I think this system should be expensive and I am fine with each upgrade being 100k to upgrade to the final GOLD/Epic rarity. There is no reason putting up with spending a ton of money or an insane amount of grinding to get to the end game. I am already there. I have several crafting schools at 20, I have my equipment up to UR XIV. So why do I have to suffer through this mountain of failure when I am crafting? Havent I paid enough at this point?
The point of paying for instant gratification is.......instant gratification! I know a lot of us are paying to get our gear up, because of different reason. I, at this point, feel I deserve it. STFU with your entitlement TRIBBLE before you even start, I paid 400 bucks in the past 3 months, I paid for the right to "want" something. I think we have let this go on long enough and I would like those of you that agree to join me in another anti purchase demonstration. We buy nothing until we hear about this being updated. We pay for lottery keys for rare ships/items, why we should not have to pay to upgrade those things?
