When the Replicator doesn't help

Apparently some things that are deleted like the Experimental Proton Weapon do not go into the Replicator. So if the program happens to glitch and delete it instead of the weapon you select (due to the new weapon selection system allowing us to change weapons on ships all too easily), it cannot be regained, but instead must be bought all over again through the Reputation system.

I already spent the dilithium on it once. Shouldn't that make it something that I should be able to get over again either through Support or some other method? After all, it should be in the log that it was deleted by X character, so it isn't like it couldn't be proven or disproven on your end.

That is what happened just today and I'm in no mood to be forced to buy it all over again considering how much dilithium is currently just going into the fleet stuff. Because your program glitched I have to go through the trouble all over again because there is no policy for this? BS.

Now that I'm calmed back down, here is a legitimate suggestion: A way to lock down important items from moving or, especially, being deleted. The ability to move weapons and equipment from ship to ship is appreciated, but is also too easy to do. There are no checks and balances.

Second suggestion: I was able to finally delete the Mark X white torpedo I was actually trying to get rid of, but even that gave a dialog that clearly asked if I wanted to delete it. I got no such dialog for the experimental weapon. A completely seperate glitch? All I got was the message that it had been deleted.
