I'm confued..is this some kind of joke thread or something? I don't get alot of it... But I did have a question about what is a person that has been banned suppose to do in recourse, especially if accused of something they did not do and wold like it resolved?

This is just a joke thread and the rule is as simple as the title of the thread. For example you could ban me for anything you see in my avatar. Like you could ban me for wearing a ballcap or having a beard or "having my head in the clouds." Or you could ban me for posting using the English language or not using English even if it is obvious that I just did so. Anything goes. And if you forget to ban, we will ban you for that.
btw - You banned for not banning.
Mostly, we just use it to make silly statements AT one another. If you decide you like this thread then feel free to post to the last post wins thread as well. Again we pretty much post silly things over there. Me I partial to posting Bugs Bunny gifs over there when I can't find anything more amusing to post.
