So, what does everyone think about that new Elachi kit module?

I like it so far on my science Caitian! I had gotten the trait sometime back for applying another Elachi effect to dampening field but was underwhelmed by that, this however seems to do more what it says on the label with a reasonable cooldown and looks pretty neat. I still haven't had much chance to try it in a lot of situations but seemed to hold the heavier of Vaadwaur down when I wanted.

    Looking forward to using with my Elachi Pistol and Electro Gravitic Field. Might be fun with Exothermic Induction as well.


    As I understand it, it's basically a ground version of Gravity Well with some other assorted debuffs.

    Is this a limited time drop, or will it still be a reward in a couple years when I get around to playing DR content ?

    Oh, Neglected to mention that, the reward for the new level 60 mission "What's left behind". And it seems to be a one time reward like everything now.... But I do not believe it's limited time, just make sure you store it safe being a one-time reward.

    Not really a gravity well, but more like doing what they nickname the baseball console does in space (the Elachi subspace rupture console), it debuffs perception somewhat, but drastically slows down a target. Though I wish it did have the pull like a gravity well, maybe someday I hope we can get something like that. There exists just that in terms of a doff for electro gravitic field but it's a slim proc chance and costs a fortune.
