So since the skin shows for the T5 ship but does not show up on the ship it is supposed to come with I have also bugged it just to let them know that we would like the issue looked into.
I would imagine the people here who are saying it shows up with no problems for them are applying the skin to the T5 ship whereas the rest of us were trying to put it on the original T4 ship and failing miserably.
You and anyone else with the issue (I still have to check whether I have it, too) should probably also make a thread in the Bug Report section with the name of the affected characters and your ticket ids. You see replies by crypticfrost popping up in that section regularly enough... And if he or anyone else on his team (assumig there is a team ) can replicate it on a copy of an affected character, I figure there is a good chance that it can be fixed soon.

Hopefully with the appearence of the Pathfinder Class tomorrow this will be fixed as well, since it's one of the skin options for that ship. I would imagine many players want to use their Bellerophon skins on the T6 ship.
I did make a post in the Bug report section about this before going out this morning so a post is there linking to this thread. As to the skin being available on the Pathfinder I doubt it will be an issue as the skin is only apparently missing on the ship it comes with and not the other variants.
