I am trying to squeeze as much DPS as I can from my Phantom Escort. I havent touch SKILL POINTS since 2012. How should a Tact/Cannons distribute SP?

Think of it like a Super Defiant, which it really is. If you already have a Defiant, especially if you have one built to Alpha Strike after exiting cloak, then just do that same thing with the Phantom.

I completed a 2-man CSE, ISE, and KASE, Optionals included. And I soloed Winter Invasion.
