Kit modules upgrade

So right now we can't upgrade kit modules, which make us run with VR mk XI (rare XIII are weaker then them) which are slightly outdated for current lv 60 ground. I hope it will be change in nearest future.

You can get VR Mk XII from reputation systems.

And they aren't "outdated". The old kits (pre-kit revamp) are still more then enough for ground combat.
