I was playing STO when it first came out, cancelled my paid subscription and 1 year later re-activated my acct. Some things are missing tho. I still had Zen on the acct and was still there when I re-joined, all my purchasable clothes were there as well. However, the ships I bought and the liberated borg I had are now gone. I have access to the NX enterprise and the TOS enterprise, but the other ships such as nebula class and excelsior and borg drone are missing and shown in the store that I have to re-purchase them. I submitted a ticket for this, has anyone here experienced the same issue?
