Request to revert recent hull reduction of Swarmers and Web Nodes

After the Delta Raising update there were some lash outs at level 60 Hull of NPC ships and this is Quite understandable when you are talking about hull difference in the tens of thousands, but a few player owned/generated NPCs benefited from this initial rate in just the right amount, specifically Obelisk Swarmers (Advanced/Elite included) and Web Nodes created with the Tholian Web Generator console. These hull point values only measured a few thousand but seemed appropriate for how long they lasted in a mission, PVE, or Patrol against the enemies that hit a lot harder than they did as level 50. they could survive a few more hits and seemed reasonably durable, where before they could be instantaneously destroyed by little more than a light breeze.

Now with the recent reduction in NPC scaling Swarmers and Web Nodes have just about reverted back to being as flimsy and useless if not more so than before. Everyone is aware player power creep has a lot steeper climb to the top with the additions of new equipment ranks and Spec Trees, ad that NPCs also have a somewhat steep power climb in advanced and Elite. I just don't feel that Swarmers and Web Nodes will feel as impactful as they should if they are also included in the mass hull point scaling cuts. I kinda like to see them last a bit longer than just flashing on the screen and being destroyed in the same instant.
