At long last all lvl 4 commendations

Finally made all level 4 on commendations on my primary Fed character. That last one the recruiter was a bear, took the longest, be sure to work on that every chance you get.

    congrats! I am also working on the same...and recruitment is very tough to finish.

    Yp, have to make galaxy rounds to get it in a somewhat timely manner.

    I just got 15k Recruitment XP from some Dyson Sphere assignment.

    Once I learned I could grind up doffs for Recruitment XP, I spent a lot of time grinding purple flight deck officers to feed the staircase. It doesn't take long doing that.
    Oil, because Matter-Antimatter reactors haven't been invented yet... Please Hurry!

    Aaaagh! *Starbase! Auto correct is OP, plz nerf! The only time you should feed a staircase is if you belong to the Addams family or are trying to appease the loose carpet, creaky step, or wayward Lego gods.

    Congratulations... yes, that last one was indeed hard to finish.

    Go see the recruiting officer, and start the project to reassign purple doff, get 3 blue DOFFs back. Repeat for blues to greens, greens to white. Then use the DOFFs to fill Fleet projects.

    You get a lot of recruitment XP for the reassignment projects, so it is easy to get T4 commendation from doing that normally.

    You can also just dismiss DOFFs to gain recruitment points. I generally give all the whites to fleet projects, sell all other non-bound colours. If they are bound then I don't need them anymore, I dismiss them to get the recruitment points.
