We're currently looking into the issues related to connectivity for the Holodeck server. Our current estimate is to have the server back up and running in an hour. I apologize for the delay, Captains. :(

Good idea posting this, will prevent duplicate threads being created about the server issue.

I'd appreciate your acknowledgement of my anti-fraud post.

Who forgot to feed the hamsters?
This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

I don't believe it's a matter of who forgot to feed the hamsters. I think we simply fed them too much...

While this doesn't affect me for the next several hours since I am at work, thanks for the heads up. :)

Good to tell us all. Now I'll have to work outside before it gets too late. I hope things get ready when I return? This way I can finish my ongoing outdoor project! ;)

Quick launch aft hamster torpedoes! We need more hamster on the ground NOW! Beam down as many hamster away teams as you can and launch all shuttles filled with hamsters. Land the ship if you have to as long as more hamsters are getting there!

    What a joke!

And unfortunately, it's on all the people that play Star Trek Online!

I hear Delta Rising has been your most successful release. I used to think that, it's been one boondoggle after another since it's been released.

From XP nerfing, dilithium nerfing, to un-fulfilled promises and now servers breaking.

    Can you do anything right?

resolve this fraud system bs asap

if we act as nice and friendly customers spending money on your game the least you could do is to not f*** u* when we try to give our money to you.. instead ppl reporting to be loosing their steam accounts and such.. how about a bug apology for that and an even faster positive response to fix it?

Did Taco take them to a chinese restaurant again?!?

EDIT: I thought your servers are powered by Tribbles?!?

Will also all the issues many currently have with ship gear/items that taken from ship and put back in inventory be solved? Or issues with the tray being messed up or partly emtied? Or bridge officers that get removed? This happens when entering for example a PVE instance or, just when beaming up to your ship, etc.

I dont see it in the patch notes and also not anymore on the known issues list.

    Systems:

Space NPC ships level 50-60 have had their Hit Points reduced.
This change affects Space NPC ships in Normal and Advanced modes.
Hit Points have not been altered for Space NPCs in Elite mode.
    Loadouts:
Resolved an issue where shuttle loadouts would not automatically apply when entering a queue that automatically switches the player’s ship to a shuttle.
Resolved an issue where items saved to a loadout would occasionally remove itself from its slot when transferring to another map.
Resolved an issue where items shared between the active ship and current shuttle do not move when swapping between them.

    Great
I'm from Europe, so almost every patch
hits me from around 15:00 to 19:00.
And thats the time I come from work
    and finish eating.
And now my whole day is lost, when
    there is event running...

Darn, well the STO is still one of
the most free user friendly MMOs,
but is it really too much to want
    at least bug-free game

    Edit:
Ah yes, did you try just reset the server?
Who knows - it may even work....

FYI: The forum posts are showing up as (for example) 11:42am instead of the actual time of 10:42am.

Methinks there's more server-side issues going on here...
