Communicating Skills! (Server Condition)

Hey Folks,

I know sometimes stuff can go wrong, not work as planned, etc.. As a Customer paying for Content I have t say:
You have not only 1 Community Manager on staff...
Have someone on here posting something about the nature of this outage. People might understand, you know..
I just dont feel too comfy with all that silence going on :mad:

    I wonder if it the same type of problem that causes the patched game to ever work on the first attempt. I assume they test it on some kind of test server?

    honestly I dont want to wonder, thats why I need someone to say whats happening and with a possible ETA. Its not an impossible thing to ask...

    Even a "something unexpected happened during the maintenance, and we're working to solve the problem" would be nice guys.

    Server admin(s) and engineers are too busy determining the cause of the issue and fixing it to contact the community manager who sits in an entirely different officer or even building.

    Patience. I much rather have the appropriate teams not interrupt their work just to indulge out curiosity.

    Being a server admin or even general IT monkey is painful enough, give them some slack.

    Community Managers such as Smirk are the front men for Cryptic...to give us information........not to fix the server.

    The admin doesn't have to talk to us, I'd rather they not. I find admin types to not be very tactful.

    Completely unexceptable and pathetic customer service.

    In todays information age there is NO NO excuse for leaving the customer base is the dark like this.

    I DEMAND the Customer Service Manager be FIRED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    more workers then jobs, FINE a better worker or you will not have Customers to produce you damn pay checks.

    As you people probably know they did maintianence today and they Tweeted the servers where back up but it won't let me log in. HELP

    We are aware of this issue and currently working on bringing the server back online as soon as possible.

    there is NOT an ETA, nothing mention at all of problem or anything, that is not ok.


    But do not worry, I did not limit my rage to a post as a retired professional I made sure to CALL them , spoke directly to the supervisor and expressed my disgust with the lack of proper Customer Service.


    I do not care if others like it or not, I will not kiss TRIBBLE and I demand excellence in products I pay for.

    I'm only annoyed because I got a weird message today and I'm concerned if my acc was TRIBBLE. But now I can't check it out. The waiting is killing me...

    if u say anything negative about the Glorious 24h a day responding Smirk or Trendy u risk a ban

    Don'T even think about u can get fired if u do your Job like them - ur save :(
