weapon power confusion

Before delta rising came out, my weapon power was at 124 in sol system. But now I can't get it above 120. I had to respec to get the specializations, but I just can't figure out what I've not done. I've got all the same gear and believe all the same skills. Has weapon power gone down for anyone else?

    My guess is that any equipment you have that boosted weapon power is not registering right now - or is not displaying. Many pieces of equipment are having display issues right now.
    STO is about my Liberated Borg Federation Captain with his Breen 1st Officer, Jem'Hadar Tactical Officer, Liberated Borg Engineering Officer, Android Ops Officer, Photonic Science Officer, Gorn Science Officer, and Reman Medical Officer jumping into their Jem'Hadar Carrier and flying off to do missions for the new Romulan Empire. But for some players allowing a T5 Connie to be used breaks the canon in the game.

    If you respec you can loose power.

    4-5 categories offer extra power when points are added to them. I had a problem like this when i used a respec to get better flow caps for plasmonic leech. I had forgot to add enough to warp core efficiency lowering my power by about 2 each system.
