Expired exchange items are not reverting back to my inventory!

HI just wanted to report a new bug. My expired exchange items are not reverting back to my inventory? what gives? is this a bug or intentional? Am i to physically go to an exchange to get the items back?

    Expired exchange items go to your mail. They have always gone to your mail. Retrieve them from any mail terminal.

    I had the same problem until I started deleting some of the old e-mails, there is a limit on the number of e-mails you can have.

    Once you delete some of the older e-mails you will see the e-mails with the items.
