Well , I don't know for sure that they are nerfing the Scimi ... , but it sounds like the way they work ... -- as in : do something that indirectly effects something and then later go in for the kill , piecemeal . Usually , when something gets hammered indirectly , the "complainers" complain , and the White Knights dismiss…
