Honestly, I think one free ship upgrade should have been giving as a reward after the first Delta Quadrant mission. Or at least the last mission..the rewards were sorta.....lacking
When Delta Rising was announced, I really expected one to be giving out to with help the transition.
Or how's about this?
Give one out when the player reaches level 60?
