Maybe I'm missing something but shield heals and shield resists?

You also might like a AtB/AtD combo. It will make you more zippy and immune to TBR and GW and give you some crazy good hull resists.

Ok, real quick question, do you have access to the phantom? If you do tier out its mastery before you make this PvP build. The tier five mastery trait will allow you to put most tactical and Intel powers on global cooldown, you have to run high defense to cause the misses but it can happen. This will prevent you from running an A2B build and save you from depleting your aux power.
