People Use To Post Items For Insane Prices To Swap Ecs And Items Between Characters.

That Defeated Selling An Account Bank To Players.

Edit, Your Posted Items Are Not Showing Up On The Exchange For Other Players?

There is a gameplay bug report thread about all the Exchange problems, and this is one of them.

The only problem I've had with the exchange lately is adding an item at night, then waking up to the sale 'expiring' by morning :(

Okay, and? That doesn't answer the question.

You may want to compare the "search" parameters entered by persons who "can", and "cannot"
"see" your posted items. As an example, I've found I can input "Hazari" under "All", (looking for an
Hazari Destroyer), getting approx. (8) items listed. But I can then input "Hazari" under "Reward
Packs" and find approx. (16) items listed. Your "search" mode seems to change what is diplayed?

    Good luck with your sales.

To be clear, I had 20 Starship Upgrade Tokens listed for three days, by the time I took them down, they went from 1 million over the low price to almost 2 million under it.

I couldn't see my own listings either.

Op, this is likely the problem you're experiencing. "All" is bugged. It's best to look for your item under the category it will be placed in.

How is his changing his searches going to make the items he's selling visible to other players? I'll wager 100 quatloos he wouldn't care if he couldn't see the stuff he listed as long as it was selling.

I read all the replies and got lost in the narrative. God help me for being a human being who is capable of error. It was a long time before I learned why I could never see my items in the exchange, which left me to wonder if my items were even on the Exchange for others. It wasn't until I saw someone say something in zone chat that I learned about the "all" issue. This sounded similar and was helpful for me to learn.

Ok... well I can see the other identical items for sale just fine, but mine are clearly invisible to others. I know the ones I can see are selling, the market for them is very active. So my issue is not the 'All' bug.

Cryptic should do a mass ingame email combined with an announcement to let as many people as possible know that search "All" is bugged and how to work around the bug.
To be truly honest, the exchange is in dire need of a revamp. Bug removal, and filters, like for example, DOFF traits, if the DOFF is also a R&D doff, BOFF skills, BOFF traits....
And unlock the categories a bit, for example if I'm looking for an engineering DOFF, but not specifically a technician. Which would be cool for buying DOFF for starbases for example.
Currently, if you look for a specific DOFF/BOFF, to say it's a mess would be too generous. Close to impossible is more like it.

The problem with a Exchange revamp is, is that the Exchange is complex real time code, and is closely tied to so many other functionality in the game. Would it be worth it to lose/disable a large amount of the game infrastructure for weeks to months at a time, just to attempt to get the All search selection working properly ???

(Moral of this story, be careful what you wish for, as wishes can come true...)
