Power tray loosing settings

Dear Cryptic, please repair this issue ASAP. There's no aspect of the game that's more irritating than this currently. It would be great to see a response somewhere stating that a fix was in the works that included a proposed ETA so that we'd know that you take the problem seriously.

    Known bug, search the forums there are a few work arounds that work for a few people. I took my intel officers out of their stations and it started working for me. Some people have used the save feature ofr loadouts and then recalled it and had it work, sometimes.

    Cryptic would rather invest resources in other "problems" like punishing players for Tau Dewa than fixing the bug.
    Space the final frontier. These are the voyages of [your name here] on a five year mission to gain one level after the delta rising xp nerf.

    What I;m trying to do is illicit a response from Cryptic. I don't think that's too much to ask for.

    Yes this on going issue for all us. You need to clear all 10x rows, 10x columns, 10x slots, 10x items. Clear them all and unlock the "P". Now add what you want in them. I use 6x so that's all I need. Now go into layout and save your ship layout thus this will work with the space tray. Do it in space though.

    1. Save
    2. Beam down
    3. Beam back up Save
    4. Travel to planet, mission, doc station - Save again
    5. In a mission before you do anything - save again
    6. Leave the Mission back in space - save again
    7. Add any items to your ship or tray - save it again
    8. Repeat all of the above daily, hourly, by the minute (whatever you feel right to do)

    Use one layout per ship, if you use 2 or more layout for the same ship you'll have the same problem again.

    So far my FED SCI, ROM TAC and KDF TAC two trays items for space are working well. I hope you have good luck as well! :)
