Respecing skill points

Ok so I am planing to respec my tac captain when I get back in game thursday. I am not good at planning things out, (Numerical Dyslexia). So I thought I would ask you guys.

Level 50 Tac, since I am respecing count all skills as 0 with the full amount of points to spend. I'll be using one of the new T6 ships not sure which one yet. I prefer single target damage as primary.

What skills should the points go into? And any thoughts you care to share? Even about the specific T6 ship I should use?
