I just unlocked enhanced hull plating for the Qib Intel Battlecruiser. I don't see it referenced in any stats on my ship. So I have two questions for anyone experienced out there.
Is it working passively?
How do I know what level of resistance my ship has if I can't see the stats change, is there a player tool out there?
I am building a tank ship being an engineer, and I want to slot about 40%-50% resistance on all of them, so I need to work out how many consoles to use. Thanks for the help.
Well if your level 50, you won't see those levels as of yet.. Range is like 51 thru 57 again depends how well you do for the mastery level bar I, II, III, IV to level up. Stats for Hull 10% will appear in your Stats. 10% from your default looks like for you is 41,250 (Level 50) and 50,000 (Level 60) then add 10% to those totals. Shields, Alloy Armor and Field Generator will increase shield protection other energy protection too.
Again everything is factor into your stats. Also look in your Engineering Stats too since your ENG Officer.

Thanks but I am level 53 at the moment, I am mastery level 3 also, there is nothing showing for any resistances. If I take out my engineering consoles I am at 0 resistance for everything. Absorpative hull plating doesn't show anything either (mastery level 1)
Remember you need to check your ship values in a combat-enabled area to see the correct skill/gear boosted stats.
Thank you, that makes no sense as I cannot slot anything ready before hand but at least it solves the mystery of the bug i've made threads and posts about.
Appreciate the answer.
Now the only question remains is there an external ship design tool I can use so I can see the effect they have beforehand, to balance the numbers?

Time will only tell!
