Are T5 Dhelasn, Mogai or D'deridex upgradable?

Hi,

Just wondering if any of these Tier 5 Romulan ships are upgradable to T5-U?

- Dhelan Warbird Refit (http://sto.gamepedia.com/Dhelan_Warbird_Retrofit)
- Mogai Heavy Warbird Retrofit (http://sto.gamepedia.com/Mogai_Heavy_Warbird_Retrofit)
- D'deridex Warbird Battle Cruiser Retrofit (http://sto.gamepedia.com/D%27deridex_Warbird_Battle_Cruiser_Retrofit)

I ask because I logged into a lvl 50 Romulan character I had (which I somehow got to lvl 50 and not played very far through the actual story) and found out I have 1 ship token I can use...

This character is currently flying a Daeinos Heavy Destroyer (http://sto.gamepedia.com/Daeinos_Heavy_Destroyer), which I got for free (LTS bought when the game came out). Checked and it got a free upgrade to T5-U status, so I went ahead and upgraded it.

I'm asking because I checked the Wiki for playable ships, and it doesn't indicate that any of these 3 ships is upgradable. However, it also doesn't show that the Daeinos is upgradable either... which it is - due to this, I'm unsure if either of these 3 free ships are upgradable or not..

And not sure if it's even worth using my 1 free ship token on any of them, or just leave the character either the current T5-U Daeinos Heavy Destroyer

D'Deridex, yes.
The others should be too, but since I don't own them, I'm not going to say yes with certainty.

Yes, those ships can be upgraded using Upgrade tokens. You can find them on the list of ships that qualify for t5-u.

Yes, as stated on the linked page, all C-store ships can be upgraded (using a token), including the T5 versions of the D'deridex, D'helan, and Mogai. Lobi, lockbox, and Veteran ships can be upgraded for free.

Tip: if you get the fleet version first, and upgrade that. you'll have a free upgrade of the non fleet version too across your account.
