Phaser Friendly Equipment(Ship)

I'm using a Andorian Kumari going for a real glass cannon type Escort(Destroyer), but beyond engendering consules and weapons, I can't find any sets or stand alone gear that supports a Phaser DPS build. What would you recommend?

Well, the only set that does compliment Phasers are the Counter Command Ordinance set.

I use it for my disruptors and find no problems with it at all

I love my "Point Defense System", especially on my bigger ships, but but what about Shields, Engines, Core and Deflectors?
