Whats the website called to check your ship-gear

A friend of mine showed me the link, but i cannot remember when and where it is.

Supposedly you can access your ship build and chars by logging into it.

Its not sto wiki .. but something similar. Its been in beta format for years.

You know the launcher, and how it has a blue button saying "Visit the gateway" on it?

Download the STO guides from the google play store it has a quick launch for the gateway in it.
