colonial commendations

im having trouble filling my colonial com, I have all others. and more then likely have gained points twice for them all. but colonial is taking forever. dose anyone know a faster way to get commendation points. i've even just gone sector block to sector block just trying to do colonial but even that is slow. Thx for any help.

    Star Clusters, there's loads of them, and every mission they give provides colonial commendation (as well as the others). Plus you get a few accolades out of doing the doff missions.
