Hi guys, I as just wondering about how could be the Delta Alliance Space Set (Thoron-Polaron DHCs + Neutronium Torpedo + Bio-Neural Gel Pack) on a Fleet Ha'Feh Warbird.
I really like the Isokinetic Cannon, but I'm not sure to know how to make it work best.
My idea was to have it on a Science Vessel, since it get boosted by Particle Generators, but there isn't nice Rom Science Vessel that I could really like.
There are too many things I don't like: polaron weapons, lack of [acc] bonus ... I don't really know.
Also, I don't know how could be that torpedo with THY: will it become a targetable heavy torpedo ? Or will it fire a nice salvo ?
I don't really know: could you suggest a good build to make that set works best ?

I have the Torp and Gel Pack Console only, so I can comment on a few of the things. My best toon is only T2 complete, so what I see is rather limited.
The Neutrino-thingie Torpedo is powerful in HYT fire. It acts like the older torpedoes in that it fires a salvo of untargetable torpedoes at a single target. The base dmg of the torpedo is almost twice as much as the Enhanced Biomolecular Torpedo, which itself is very potent in HYT.
The catch with the new torpedo is that it has a long reload time, about 15 seconds, IIRC. Also, it's rather bugged. There's no way in reducing the reload time. The Delta Weapon Set 2 piece bonus is supposed to reduce the reload timer by 20% but it doesn't. Projectile Weapon Officer DOFFs do not reduce it. It's been reported as a bug but we'll see how Cryptic is in fixing it.
In short, the new torp is more of an alpha striker's tool, or something you hold back until you see a shield opening. The massive damage it does for that single moment is very powerful.
If you want to spam torps all the time, it's a poor choice and you'll be better served with other types.
