Is there any publically posted emails for Cryptic upper management?

soundwisdomsoundwisdom Member Posts: 248 Arc User
Looking around the internet for the contact information of any upper management, specifically the public relations coordinator. Most information I can find provides a deadend email that links to PWE.

Obviously with the mass forum thread closes/deletes/bans the forums are no longer the proper avenue to post anything negative in regards to the game, the development process, or the overwhleming abuse of the close button.

Thanks in advance.

No I don't think there are... specifically to stop the behavior you're talking about. It's much easier to simply ignore the forums and let your community manager lackies delete and lock/bury threads that are negative, then it is to weed through thousands of e-mails a day that say the same thing.

Cryptic doesn't care nor do they want to care. They just want your money.

Yes, the mod hammer has been heavy lately, but that's only because people cannot control their rage. If you have a problem with the game, feel free to find a thread about your problem to post on. If none exists, make a new thread in the proper section, after reading every section's descriptions to make sure. As long as you keep your cool, the mod hammer should shy away. If the mod hammer hit, there will need to be a big talk between us players and the moderators.

Pretty much this. When the community can be civil and not attack anyone, then the post is left alone. It is when members start violating the TOS, that is when the Mods have to close the thread.

Almost all US corporations use first initial last name for email addresses. Have fun guessing. :p

I think a lot of the 'issues' come from a bit higher than them. I wish, at times, I had the means to buy it from them.

would you want your email in the hands of a crook selling it to every single spam site open just to be harassed by these sites daily, then have official mail getting swamped out by next days 300 spam messages promoting the same TRIBBLE? you wouldnt wantthat, it would in effect be the same thing if we started mailing to the upper management about this game and how entitled we feel. there is not a snowballs chance in hell that they would allow such a thing.

PerfectWorld Entertainment (PWE), which owns Cryptic, is a publicly traded company.

Try the old fashioned method: write a letter, mail it via the post office.

    Good luck. ;)
