Would like to ask the devs to get rid of the 2 cutscenes during play that don't show any real info for the match. Keep the intro scene as is with the ability to skip with ESC key and then keep the cutscene showing the dreadnoughts arriving, but please get rid of the other 2 they disrupt the game play and don't show anything important. Other than this inconvienace i really enjoy this PvE. Thank you if you can make this happen.
I don't know I like the cutscenes.... they're a bit long but the cut scene is a good way to let the players know that the next "portion" of BD is up and that we need to do a bit extra to make it work.

The same thing can be accomplished by a pop up head of seven or a boff showing up on the left side of your screen along with the required text or voiceover. The way it is being done right now is intrusive because it shows up whether you are fighting or not. You pop cooldowns throw a grav well, get ready to unleash hell but then BZZZZZTTTTT lets stop for a few seconds while we do this cutscene.
They seriously need to get rid of them. They severely lag the game to the point of freezing. The more cut scenes that happen, the more it begins to lag, then eventually freezes. This makes game play suck that much more. Here as of late, I have been experiencing a lot of lag in STF's, whereas before DR, there wasn't any. This problem seriously needs to be fixed as well as the rewards. At this rate, Cryptic and Arcgames will lose a lot of their customer base and or most of it. There is no incentive.
yep that TRIBBLE needs to go. I can understand having cutscenes in singleplayer/solo missions to tell the story but really in a multiplayer mission and then its not even skipable. What kind of potato did script that?
Agreed, they are just annoying. Seriously, they don't even have any sound effects!
What. the. heck!? A Planet Killer, and a Citadel ship warp in to the battle zone and it seriously doesn't make any noise!?
The visuals are rubbish, and we don;t even get the consolation of some cool 'whooshy' noises. Apart from 3 really lazy sentences of dialogue. So, i agree, they seriously need to go

Those cutscenes are not there for entertainment value.
they are there to disguise the environment changing.
It would look super amateurish if in the middle of the battle very very apruptly the landscape changed.
With the cutscene in place you don't notice the difference very much, but without it it would spring to your attention immediately and everyone would scream about that.
This solution is a compromise, because they could not in a timely and cost effective fashion animate the entire scenery changing between stages in an organic subtle way.
Personally, I hate cutscenes because I feel it makes environment devs lazy. They can tell the story directly through the cutscene, and half-TRIBBLE any attempt at telling the story through the environment. One of vanilla WoW's greatest advantages was that it did such an effective job incorporating the story into the environment, making it a virtual world many players truly enjoyed exploring, as evidenced by the participation in thottbot, alakhazam and similar sites.
I would imagine that's nothing around here. I wouldn't be surprised if there are legitimate complaints from five years ago that have still gone unaddressed.
But, panic at the fact that it's a necro. I'm sure if he started a new thread, someone else would have said there are already over 9000 threads on the same subject, and to go post in one of them, ie go necro a thread.

It is a peculiar phenomenon that we can imagine events that defy the laws of the universe.

Or add a selectable option which automatically skips all cutscenes? Cause seriously, I hate them. With a passion. I hate them to the bowels of hell.

I bet Jeri Ryan wanted to laugh when she had to say that
