    Looks like we're all back to normal save for the ability to review (possibly to create as well, but I wouldn't know).

    Review is down, but we can create. I've been working on a couple of my projects since it came back up.

    You can still create. Just a warning: you should consider waiting until reviews are back online before publishing anything new. Without those first reviews, your mission has a very low chance of really getting off the ground.

    That's sadly how a lot of good missions die. If the initial reviews/stars are bad, or nonexistent in this case, a mission can simply vanish into the abyss of the search interface.
