Ok, this is it. Lost 9 specialisation points!

This morning my skills were "invalid" and my spec trees were reset and the "purchase" button greyed out. So I had to respec (for free mind) but I've lost a ton of points in the process. I had completed my pilot spec tree and had about 8-9 points in Intel. The game has only given me the 10 points from leveling from 50 - 60 but wiped my progress after that point. I mean, WTF cryptic? Get your TRIBBLE in gear and stop being so god damn incompetent.
I then tried to file a ticket, but it got wiped because there was an ! in the description as they think its "profanity". I mean... seriously?
This will probably get moved to the bug section, but I deliberatlely posted here because this is a major **** up on Cryptics part which will not do much to make the player base feel encouraged. I've lost hours and hours of work doing queues etc (I didn't partake in the TD stuff, would if I had known more about it).
Just can't get my head around Cryptics ability to do nothing but stir rage at the moment. Already recruited a friend of mine to EVE instead, and we're having a lot more fun in null sec blowing stuff up that playing by this games stupid paywalled, time gated content.
Get your house in order Cryptic! Been here since season two released and spent hundreds of pounds (more fool me, and that's not an attempt to say I should be entitled to anything more than a stable, working game).

No it just seems like there's no redundant spec point tracker working behind the scenes to record all those additional points you pick up after 60. So if you hit the apocalyptic skill reset bug (it affects everything) that >60 progress can't be accounted for. Points were just ticking into the available pile and the devs responsible [hopefully] didn't forsee the need for a failsafe in case the player stats system exploded.
One consolation though: of all the malfunctions that could result in hours of lost work at least this one only wiped hours of play in a video game. Its a very small consolation, but it does grant a little perspective.

Nope, I still have over 50. At least one level 51 guy though got rolled back.
