How to create content???

Hey everyone, I'm pretty sure I might be asking a question that has been answered a million times over, but I'm in a bind. I can't seem to be able to press the create content button on my character selection page. I'm a F2P user and have two open character slot. Any help would be much appreciated.

    Thanks for replying. I know you have to spend dilithium to get slots, but where to you go to buy the said slots? I've looked at the dilithium store and found no foundry slots for sale.

    I thought the Foundry Editor was still down.
    Being a "Lifer" since a week before launch, my "Create Content" button is still greyed out. :mad:

    There will be an option to buy slots whenever the editor returns.

    About a week probably. Although we got a message saying "later today" about a week ago. So... it's anyone's guess :)
