That is how I best describe the commitment cryptic has shown it's player base(aka customers)on handing Delta Rising. From launch to latest patch it has been a barrage of mistakes and denial by cryptic, with naked greed written all over every single action cryptic makes.

Do you think were blind and stupid? You certainly act in a blatant fashion that strongly suggest such an opinion of us. Let me assure you, we are not fooled! As the Joker said in Dark Knight, "Not One Bit."

So many elements of the game are screwed up I cannot even offer you any credit for the things you did do well. Ultimately, your customer service is on par with Comcast or more commonly called Failsauce!!!!!!!!

On the last twitch video stream before DR launched, Captainsmirk mentioned that he was going to be going on vacation just before the 14th. I knew that this did not bode well for the expansion, and so did he.
