Klingon house colors?

Does anyone have any information on Klingon house colors? I'd like to start using them on my KDF crew uniforms, but I'm not exactly sure where to start.
In TNG canon, I seem to recall the House of Duras using a lot of red on their uniforms (although I think that got switched to green at some point).
Captain Koren (of the House of Martok?) is wearing red, as are many of her crew. Can we infer that House of Martok's color is red?
Captain Ja'rod (of the House of Torg?) appears to be wearing blue? Maybe that's their house color?
Any other in-game examples of "STO canon" house colors?
