Need Faction-Friendly Romulan Intelligence Bridge Officers

Forgive me if this has already been covered elsewhere.
We already have (significantly expensive) Romulan Republic bridge officers available to Federation captains through the Fleet Embassy project.
Would it be possible to add Intelligence officers to the available candidates?
I can't speak for others, but as a Federation captain, if I'm going to carry an Intelligence Officer aboard my starship, an aggressively ex-Tal Shiar Romulan Republic citizen would be my preferred choice in this role.
