Client crash switching instances

My game client has crashed multple times whilst trying to switch instances, with the following error:

Attaching to crashed process...
Harvesting data from crashed process...
Mode: Customer
Gathering Data Validation Info...
ERROR: DV: Unable to find patchxfer.log
Communicating with Cryptic Error Tracker...
Preparing Diagnostic Information...
Writing Full Dump...
Terminating crashed process...
Sending Diagnostic Information...
Sending Full Dump...
