The rage is so real

So, I've been sitting here at work, watching the forums [makes for good entertainment between calls.] I've come to decide that you are all bat-****, loony bin worthy crazy if you are freaking out over Tau so much. Just go to the Delta Quadrant, go into the Argala system and do the same thing. Hell, you can solo it there and make just as much xp if not more. I did that for two days and got to level 60, this was while adding the.....e.e...badly glitched STF in between to break up the manotiny of grinding xp. Hell, you can do it with a group still and help each other.

Though, please don't stop complaining, because I'm highly amused at the raging posts. But once you are done ********, really. Hit up Argala system, make EXP and move on with your sad, sad little life of living in your mother basement.

Side note....I got to level 60, in those two days while playing only a few hours a night due to work...So gods can only imagin what someone with all the time in the world could get to. Just put that TRIBBLE on elite.

    Level 60 + 50 = 110 maybe ... which is kind of the point of this expansion ... might have missed that part, being too "busy" at "work" ...
    Patch Notes : Resolved an Issue, where people would accidently experience Fun.

    Argala only gives good xp on elite, and its really hard.

    Not everybody is as awesome as me, and can do that. Even I needed mark XIV gear for it. Again not cheap.
    Let us wear Swimsuits on Foundry maps or bridges please! I would pay zen for that.

    The Argala Sysem repeatable patrol is nice on elite... and you dont have to have all mk 14 gear to do it... i do it on my sci toon level 60 with all mk 12 and a few mk 13 gear


    As for the Tau Dewa thing i think there is more too it then just the farming everyone was doing...

    1. The game mechanics provided to us allow for group play to help bolster XP of lower level fleet mates.

    2. The Elite system was designed to reward players for taking more risk.

    3. Everyone grinds tau dewa even before the level bump... we ground out dailies for the Rommy Marks.

    Its not my fault the game was designed this way lol

    lol hilarious. I too am loving all the nerd rage. Highly entertaining for us lowly office drones. Seriously though, this guy said you can powel level in the Delta Quadrant patrols! NERF THE DQ PATROLS NAOOOOOO! LOCK EM DOOOWWWNN!

    The Dev's are hard at work Ruining the game at warp speed! All this focus on the Delta Quad and no one realizes that the new players can't do Delta Rising. Selfish on STO/PW account. I am not a big spender, only paying out about $60 a month, but I want to play the game the way I want to play it. Not being forced to play the BIG Company way. If I want to grind a patrol then let me grind in that patrol. The way level 50 - 60 are set up you can't even get enough points to reach 60 by doing all of the Delta story line. Lets talk about the STF's. They have ruined those as well. Doing advanced STF and other players are constantly leaving because it to hard. Is it so much to ask for CRY/PW to have left the normal and advanced levels alone and made an Elite level for all those who were crying about it not being challenging enough.:mad:

    That would have required good PR skills and forethought. We are talking about Cryptic. They don't plan ahead much, and they don't know PR if it bites them in the rear.

    Also, they don't do playtesting much either. Which could have helped to find bugs...

    Hey! I played Beta with you, But ya. I don't think you need mark 14 gear, I did it with base dyson rep gear and some uni consoles, nothing was mark 13, all mark 12. I was in the Scryer at that and was soloing it. I would jump out if it was Hirogen, but beyond that, it is not hard.

    The problem is that its a pain to run it on a sci captain. On my tac PvE toon? Yeah, I can spam that spacebar and boom, but I hate having to make a whole build based around pressing my spacebar mindlessly.

    Argala Elite was hard the first time until I realized "Holy TRIBBLE, I actually need to pay attention". Then it was kinda fun, if not slow.

    For me it would be more about getting to a point that I didn't have to break the DR plot progression every couple of missions. Forced grindage of any sort is uncool.

And now their mad that the Devs removed their stupidly easy way of doing it cause the Devs deemed it was too easy and faster than they intended/wanted. Despite the fact there are other ways to grind nearly as fast. Hence why many find the rage hysterical.

    I would agree with you if it was only Tau. It's also some of the core story line missions that obscructs normal gameplay too.

    umm no you dont need XIV gear for it on elite ....you just must be terribad
