Although, assuming that the reason you're leaving is the obvious current issue, I can sympathise.

Thank you Forum Police. You can return to eating that donut satisfied with a job well done.

It's not an "I quit" thread. He simply goes on a long vacation to some remote part of the world where he's not going to be able to play STO. :P

Forum police? Nah - this thread WILL be locked later, once the Moderators or Devs log in. Just stating the obvious.

No **** sherlock. Its not like the OP or anyone else here has never seen an I Quit thread locked before.

If it's obvious, why state it? Would that be spam?

The fact that a thread will be locked, or is in violation of forum rules, does not defeat its purpose.

I'm not in Geek Squad. I'm in Nerd Battalion.

Geek Squad is for the best of the best.

    And Wil Wheaton.

    Grats on the rug rat.

And aren't you proud that your 7 week old is acting more maturely than certain people on this forum who shall remain nameless?

Agreed - im pissed of with game currently- not an excuse but all the same.... The op has quit the game and is a decent guy who tried to keep pvp going even tho cryptic keeps kicking it in the teeth so imo hes allowed his thread. And now with nerfing levelling in tau dewa EVEN though they state use patrol missions to level as story alone wont do it. If your not playing how devs want you to play your exploiting or worse- a pvper

Thankyou - a by-product of her birth has been that I have less online time - but I can live with that!
(And generally post on the forums during quiet periods at work).

Same although mine is now 4 and full of mischief- uve that to look forward to :) you gota admit they do just keep nerfing and adding TRIBBLE to make you play exactly what and how they think you should- its no longer our game its theirs and you must do as they want or be an exploiter

Ah yes, the 'into everything' stage that I've heard so much about!

As for the game, I'd have to agree - I don't get all that much time to log into it these days, but I have to say that I don't appreciate the recent actions taken by the devs. Nerf rewards, increase enemy NPC HP, time limit familiar content, remove ANY possibility of leveling a little faster and make new content progress slowly. A little too controlling for my tastes.

If they wanted to make the game challenging it would have bden better to give npc say 3 skills - tact team/hazards and faw or other attack skill people would have actually learned a little about buff timing instead of mash space bar til it dies- npw a few more times as it has 1 mil hull lasly the dil reward after skill tree complete? Get better results elsewer wont mention in case they nerf it lol
