No more Mark 13 Prizes in DR Missions

Wow!

Mindscape - prizes looks like what you get in the DR patrol missions
Reunion - no mark 13 only mark 12
All That Glitters only mark 12
Capture the Flag the same as the rest just mention.


What gives? Next up level 56 for me but The Dragon's Deceit and Alliances hope those a full missions instead of patrols again.

    The devs are nerfing today like crazy it seems. My god... I'm glad I picked up that mark 13 field gen when I got the chance.

    Is that true ? That's one of the very few good things in this fiasco they call an expansion ! Next they'll remove the purple beam array from the patrol.
    Gods forbid we have something cool with the expansion, now please open your wallet.

    Yep all those unlucky people who wont get accx3 phaser beam array :3

    tbh it wasnt even that good. I mean okay you could upgrade it to ultra and gold and hope for some decent modifiers but... yeah.. lol

    I think the phaser are still there, but there was some awesome MKXIII reward, a shield capacity and a neutronium console.

    I did get the alloy mark 13, if I knew they were going to revamps like this I would have gone for two more. Oh well. Such a big talk about DR and now we all know the truth about it.

    You can still get it. play Reunion.
    The alloy is one of the reward I can have right now by either replaying the mission, or do it for a first time with another character.

    I just checked, and MK XIII is still awarded, as first play and replay. Except for the unique gun from mindscape.

    I just recently started the first DR mission with my main char
    and was hoping to continue that on the weekend...

    Looks like I am too late again. :)

    Well let me see because it saying Mark 12 and not Mark 13. N-Alloy, Cluster Torpedo are not Mark 13 and the Mods for them are not the same as what I got for Mark 13 versions. Here it's only 10:27 PM..

    Good to hear. :) To tell you the truth, I trash most Mk XIII stuff too. What on earth would I want with a regular Mk XIII phaser beam array?!

    I going to replay DR- Mission called Reunion and see if the prizes are Mark 12 or Mark 13 when I had first ran this when DR Oct 14. 2014.

    Bearing: Entaba System right now!

    With the tray slots disaster and now Ship Weapons Slot Tray not highlighting..

    Maybe it's a graphical glitch. I clearly see MK XIII. Now, the new box modules are showing as MK X in the exchange, and are MK XII when I buy them. Might be the same problem.

    Anyway, I'm going to sleep.

    The shield capacity console is a console I've never seen drop truth be told. I was quite pleased to see one. MK XIII or anything.

    I had just replayed Reunion again and I was right the first time. You only get Mark 12 and not Mark 13 again. Unless if you do a first run they might give you Mark 13 by chance? You would have to check the spec. I am upgrading with my S-B3 so 1K in dilithum on my Mark 12 Rare to a Mark 13 Very Rare Purple so that gives me +21.2 instead of the +20 I had got on Oct 14 14 run of the same mission which as a Rare Mark 13. So now they give you a Rare Mark 12 on the replay

    If it's any consolation, Cryptic's parking lots were empty when I drove past them tonight. Seems the nerfbat swung hard, then everyone went home.

    check again when your L60... could be the same as when your L40 to 49 you only get Mk 10s... get Mk 11 when your L50.

    You may need to be L60 for replays to get Mk 13s? Unless someone who is L60 can confirm or debunk. Would be good to know.

    I did the Mindscape the Undine gun was the MKIII. And it was the only reward it offered. If you hit the repeat you see more rewards. This is where I found my phasers to use on my Fed ship. So now I'm doing it until I get my phasers upgraded. However the ground weapon wasn't offered.

    I don't know if this changed or not since I logged on last. But its been like this since I did that mission the first weekend of Delta Rising.

    I hadn't done the other missions yet. Since I'm working on the phasers. Plus this will give me nice Exp to level me up as well. Since I have to run it a few more times to fully equip my ship.

    nope phasors are gone was getting MKXII phasor's now my fed gets a tet cannon for weapon reward and my romie gets a disrupter dual beam bank honestly i would rather have the phasor's

    I just wish the unique weapons were repeatable as well, I mean they are for all the other episodes, like the Breen CRM2000, the Jem'hadar rifle, the Romulan Disruptor rifle/pistol, the TOS pistol/rifle, the Talaxian egg whisk etc. Why do the DR weapons only appear once?

    Thankfully I never scrapped them before checking them out, but I have heard many have by accident, the Kobali 'Crossbow' just had the icon of a standard polaron rifle, the Vaadwaur Pistol looked like a standard polaron pistol, so I can understand why many vendor-scrapped these items.

    I'm going to check out the repeatables myself, see what this MK XIII to MK XII nerf is all about....

    Note: this info was! Correct as of 21:00gmt last night

    First play getting Mk XIII on certain things others are Mk XII
    Second play getting Mk XII across the board with exception to two missions that still drop Mk XIII

    However this is only going by what the window says when you try to replay have yet to confirm from actual play through.

    Several unique rewards are not reclaimable, which is stupid.

    This includes the Vaadwaur Pistol, Kobali Rifle, Kobali Shield, Stealth Armour from Dragon's Deceit, Mk XIII Tricobalt Cluster and the EMH. Delete or sell any of these and there is no way to get them back. Send a ticket to support and the knuckle-draggers there will tell you that they cannot help you with lost/missing items, despite supposedly being in the lost/missing items department. :mad:

    I agree, it is daft. Before, when you would get a "unique" item say, the Ophidian Cane or the Shard of Possibilities (note that if you didn't claim this the first time round you could still replay and get it) the Item was blatently displayed as a unique item. With these new DR items, Cryptic have surrepticiously made them look like boggo standard things. I mean, the Kobali crossbow looks like a polaron rifle, the Vaadwar pistol looks like a polaron pistol, the kobali shield looks like a standard MK XIII (now possibly MK XII) shield...

    Cryptic can at least allow these items to be rewarded on replays, I mean, it won't do them any harm....

    What a bunch of cheap a**hats... A few xiii weren't going to break their precious zen store extortion racket, but it may drive away many of their paying customers.
