Regarding "Revolution", there's no option after negotiating with the Bethans

I'd chosen the option to keep the Bethan guard alive so Eldex could use him as an ally, but, after I chose the option, there's nothing I can do.
No icon when I fly to that ship, no icon when I fly to Eldex's ship, no new objective...nothing.
It was like they wanted to give us the option, but didn't expect anyone to actually take it. lol
To anyone who took the same option I did, how did you advance the story?
