Added Shuttle Craft and now lost all allocated slots skill items in tray #1 & #2

I had added a shuttle to my FED SCI officer and now all 6 of my row skill slots are a total mess. Nothing I can do save them in the correct order or even if they could be placed in the right slots again. I've discharged the shuttle and that didn't help matters.

So now when I want to go into a space battle I have to spend 5 mins fixing the two tray with the features I need.

This issue has to be fixed, how are we suppose to play STO if the trays for skills not saving in the right allocated slots. Disaster now!

Location Start: Delta Q.
Time: 12:00 Noon EST
Where: in Borg Disconnect.
Issue: Big Personal Tray #1 and #2
Problem: Total Disaster when you add the Shuttle Craft for the Hodo System Mission.

    I had the usual tray SNAFU after discharging the shuttle, here's what got the trays to remember their setup:

    start location: Dyson Joint Command (Solanae sphere)
    1. beam to Allied Zone, and find trays etc. messed up
    2. rebuild trays (and everything else that's messed up, e.g. gear/doffs)
    3. maybe wait 30sec
    4. leave to Tau Dewa sector
    5. open character status (press 'U')
    6. switch starship (button in lower left of character status)
    7. wait for the 1 minute cooldown
    8. switch back to rebuilt ship
    9. (by now the trays should remember the setup)
    10. enter Allied Zone
    11. beam to Joint Command
    12. check your inventory for any dismounted gear and put it back on the ship (happened with one console for me)
    13. beam up to Allied Zone
    14. check if everything is in order now
