do rep hourlies work?

So, I happened to have a toon who just got 50 and the dil event in about 1 week and I thought of trying to rep him up for the next weekend but I am noticing something strange.
I run a daily rep and then hourlies but it seems that some hourlies don't add any rep points.
No clue : first time I rep a toon this way.

    The first three Hourly Rep projects provide points. Any Hourly project slotted after these will provide dilithium and a Goody Box but no more points until after the Daily Timer resets.

    Yes, that makes sense ... that's why the Delta one worked and the others were not ... thanks

    I do the hourlies for the aforementioned goody boxes.
    Mk XII purple stuffs are always nice to receive.

    Unless they're nukra tetryon ship weps. Word has it the proc is failing on those, which makes them more useless than normal (while not my first choice, they'd be semi viable in functional condition)
