Intelligence BOFFs

So this may be a dumb question, but how do we get Intelligence BOFFs better than Common quality? I've found the Common ones at the BOFF vendor for 250 Dilithium, but I can't seem to find any of a higher quality. I have an away team made up of Rare and Very Rare BOFFs, and it seems a shame to lose the advantages of that just to put in a basic Intelligence officer.

    I believe the Delta rising pack has vr quality Intel boffs, though I have no clue what species/gender they are (and of course they are going to be very pricey if you are buying the DR pack just for them)

    The Talaxian lobi boff is also an intel officer.

    Aside from that....no idea. The talaxian boff is the only 'intel' boff on the exchange, so that may be all there is right now.

    I was hoping the lvl 55 free officer would be an Intel officer, but I was wrong and disappointed.
    I haven't finish all the episode yet, but I have heard there is a Delta Quadrant native intel officer is a reward for an episode.

    You get a Sci one as a mission reward.
