Account verification one time code disaster

I cannot login to sto_acct@yahoo.com to get the verification code for locutusofcylon username and i need it sent to my other email at templarknightofgod@yahoo.com because sto_acct@yahoo.com cant be accessed- i cant correctly answer security question to get in i forgot the answer to that question and the account is locked so i need the one time verification code sent to templarknightofgod@yahoo.com
