Need Help With DR Operations Pack

Hi all,

I wasn't certain of where else to post, so I figured this was a good start.

I have a PayPal receipt stating that I pre-ordered the Operations Pack. I have an email saying that I purchased it through Arc.

What I do not have is access to the Operations Pack in-game. It's asking me to pay Zen.

In the above emails, I do not see any sort of registration code. I don't have any separate emails providing one. Am I missing something?

    You should have the ability in the game to report a bug.

    Definitely sounds like a bug to me.

    You can petition a GM through the Help button [?] on the minimap.

    The one thing I would add here is that you need to make certain you Claim the Operations Pack bundle in the C-Store first. I you do not Claim that it will not allow you pick any of the ships - as it will tell you that you need to buy them.
    STO is about my Liberated Borg Federation Captain with his Breen 1st Officer, Jem'Hadar Tactical Officer, Liberated Borg Engineering Officer, Android Ops Officer, Photonic Science Officer, Gorn Science Officer, and Reman Medical Officer jumping into their Jem'Hadar Carrier and flying off to do missions for the new Romulan Empire. But for some players allowing a T5 Connie to be used breaks the canon in the game.
