Editor disabled post DR release (probably planned)

Posted the same thing in the general subforum, but it must be assumed, despite the lack of word from the community management, that the editor is presently disabled post DR because of the practice of republishing and testing missions that was implemented in the wake of Season 4. In other words unless we are told otherwise assume this is planned and that we will get editing back in hopefully about 14 days
