Functioning RSS Feed

Good Morning,
Trying to find a functional RSS feed for STO, the old one from perfect world does not function listed below.
feed://sto.perfectworld.com/news/?tag=sto-news&feed=rss2
I've also been looking at using this one, however while it does display the information it does not want to redirect when a news post is clicked.

Tried Arc Support but they did not provide any insight or support (other then deleting my cache.. which did nothing)

It also doesn't redirect correctly.
Whenever I click on an article, the web page whines about ARC and redirects me.
